Sons of Norway Askeladden Lodge 5-610 is Kalamazoo's local chapter of the Sons
of Norway. The lodge
was founded in 1988, and usually meets at 4:00pm the second Sunday each month
at the Portage Senior Center
by the Portage library.
Our next meeting is Sunday, April 11, 2010 at 4:00pm at the Portage Senior Center next to the library.
Our speaker, Carol Hassemer, will present a program on Norwegian textiles and the foreign influences on the variety and quality of textiles over the years.
